THREE COURSE DINNER MENU
My three course dinner menu can be chosen for your Wedding breakfast or Private Dining Function.
STARTERS
- Fresh Fig, Parma Ham and Rocket salad with a Balsamic dressing
- Double salmon Tian -
- (a soft salmon and dill mousse with a smoked salmon and rocket garnish)
- Farmhouse Paté with Plum chutney and a garnish of melba toast
- Homemade Roasted red pepper and Tomato soup
- Smoked Chicken and Mango salad with Caesar dressing
- Tomato, Pesto and goats cheese galette (V)
All of the above starters will be served with an assorted bread basket or white/ granary bread roll.
MAIN COURSE
- Baked Gammon with Cumberland Sauce
- Sirloin of British Beef
- Served with a Demi glacé sauce and Yorkshire pudding
- Pork Loin served with a Vermouth Sauce
- Chicken Breast with smoky bacon lardons in an apple and crème fraiche sauce
- Chicken Breast with Asparagus in a sage, cream and white wine sauce
- Salmon supreme with a Whisky cream sauce
- Butternut squash en croute with an apricot stuffing and red pepper sauce (V)
- All the above dishes would be served with either Roast or Minted New Potatoes and 2 seasonal vegetables.
- Trio of local Pork sausages served with Parsley creamed potato and a Red onion gravy
DESSERTS
